Safety relay unit
A safety relay unit is a unit that contains circuits used for electrical safety control of machines, such as emergency stops and interlocks for safety fences.
■Compatible with safety category 4 based on EN ISO 13849-1 *Some products may support up to safety category 3. ■The main unit is mounted on a DIN rail (35mm wide). ■Uses a polyswitch as a power fuse, eliminating the need for replacement unlike glass tube fuses. ■Output contacts are duplicated, and it checks that all relays are off at the time of unit startup. All relays used internally are forced-guided safety relays. ■Obtained type certification from safety-related specialized organizations for the European standard (EN) 'CE marking' and North American 'UL standards'. ■Equipped with two input circuits to allow for redundancy in emergency stop functions. ■Features edge detection for the reset switch, allowing the unit to be activated by a trigger from ON to OFF of the reset switch if necessary.
